I was trying to download the attached files as shown in the below with red circle, but it seems there is an issue on them.

If I contact wrong department to solve this, please redirect me to the department that take takes of this kind of issues.

It seems the files were uploaded by Richard Wood. Alternatively, can I get his email address? Or how can I download the file?
