Is it possible to define bar element orientation with cylindircal coordinate system

I have cylindrical geometry. Outside of the geometry will be meshed with bar elements. 

 

I want to define the bar elements orientation with cylindrical coordinate system?

 

I did not find an option like this?Is it possible to define bar orientation with cylindrical coordinate system?

I think it's isn't

You can use open source and develop your beam formulation like that

I am not sure your purpose. If you want to output results on cylindrical system then posporcessor can do it
