Getting an error (being kicked out the software)

Hi,  My name is Shana, and I am using the Altair Feko student version for the first time. When I open the application and try to create a geometry, I encounter the attached error.     If you are not using the latest version with all the updates, I would recommend doing so first. If the crash happens even with the latest version, try creating the geometry in an alternate way (there are multiple ways to create the same geometry). Also, try saving the model frequently to avoid losing the work done so far.
