Custom Toolbar for HM2019

I am trying to create a custom Toolbar for HM_2019 through scripting.

There is no document available regarding this topic. I found a script in this forum for creating toolbar in 2017 version but it dose't work for 2019 version .

Can someone help

There is a proper command to create toolbars but i don't remember it.

Frameworks are changed in new version so that 2017 script needs to be revised.
