Select elements by face

Dear Sirs

In my model there are some sharp feature > 90 degree Feature Angle

After change Options>Mesh>Feature Angle to 150 (or 180 maximum) degree, I could not select elements 'by face'

Whether hypermesh performed incorrect calculation for it?

right photo indicate normals of elements are correct in such way they form a >90 degree-angle

It works fine here I think, please try it on the attached model

It is possible that going back to default settings might fix this issue,

Thanks Rahul. perhaps it is due to hypermesh version. i tested your file on hw12.0.0.85 - no hot fix updates, and by face selection still not work
