How obtain my Monarch Automator Web Credentials?

Hey,

I am installed Altair Monarch Automator, i got succesfully Database connection and when i tried to access Monarch Automator on Webbrowser ask me credentials, i tried with SA credentials that i used to conect SQL Database but it doesnt work.

 

May you assist me? If you provide me a documentation guide about it.
