Is it possible to interface Hypermesh with MSC Dytran? Would you use the Nastran interface for this?

Thanks in advance.

    Hello aymanalsukhon

Can you tell us the format of the file to be input. If it is .dat or .nas then we can import

    Pranav,

Sorry for the late reply. It is a .dat file. However, I was wondering if there is some way I can make the kinematic constraints and mateirals according to Dytran.

    Hi aymanalsukhon

You can import .dat file into Hypermesh, but currently Dytran interfacing is not available with HyperMesh.

However you can try out the explicit solver Radioss, where you can define Kinematic constrains
