Unable to generate report with Batch Reporting

Hello,

 

In our environment, we are using the Altair Monitor Tool 2019.01 Update Build 77447,

In order to export data from 2022 using the batch reporting feature, it does generate any report for a filtered server. (On-demand works)

 

Could you please help me to solve it?
