Unable to generate report with Batch Reporting

Hello,

 

In our environment, we are using the Altair Monitor Tool 2019.01 Update Build 77447,

In order to export data from 2022 using the batch reporting feature, it does generate any report for a filtered server. (On-demand works)

 

Could you please help me to solve it?

    Hello Berat!

    Sorry you are having issues with batch reporting. One trick is if you create an HTML report manually, then open that report the ftlm_batch_report command you need for that exact report will be shown at the top. You can use this to check your command you're using at the CLI.

    If you need more help with the batch reporting, please open a case and someone can assist you. During troubleshooting, information may be shown that is unique to your company so it will be difficult to share that troubleshooting information here. I would make the general recommendation to consider upgrading to a newer version as well, support can help there too.
