Can you please check the openGL graphics card version? SimSolid requires openGL version 3.1 or higher.

We have certify our software and the latest version isn't certified yet

Hi Sharon,

Please follow the steps below to see if the issue is resolved.

Go to SimSolid installation directory (C:\Program Files\SimSolid\2019.4).
Find the file Qt5Network.dll and rename it to Qt5Network_v0.dll.
Unzip the attachment, copy and paste the file in the attached zip to the same installation location.
Re-initiate SimSolid.
