Generating 3d mesh from set segment and nodes--SOLUTION WANTED

Hello Guys,

 

I am new to hypermesh. I have an imported file that contains the information of nodes and set segment (but no element or section info) such that the surface of 3D body of interest can be represented in hypermesh along with the surface mesh. The target is to generate a 3d tetra mesh of the object this surface encloses. Please help me with a possible solution on this. The picture attached shows what it looks like in hypermesh.

    You can use the tetra mesh tool to fill the surface mesh with solid elements.
