Is it possible to hide the graphic representation of the plane (big red square and X) in a clipped model?
It is currently not possible in the current version of SimSolid Standalone.

I'll ask the developper to add this feature. Meanwhile, in Inspire it is also possible to run SImSolid analysis and there you'll be able to create cut view as you want:
