Part design within the design space disappears
Hi all
I am trying to do an implicit modeling on a cubic block shown below:
After modeling the cube I chose the design space where I want to perform implicit modeling
The problem is after selecting the design space for implicit modeling for example strut based lattice, my selected region disappears and I am not able to get the desired structure:
I would be grateful if any one can give suggestion for resolving this issue.

Hi Akshansh,
I too have created a box model just like shown in your example using Inspire 2024.0:
From here, if I simply select the Strut tool and select the middle part:
Then select the green checkmark:
Therefore, I am not sure if you have completed any additional steps, but the process should not remove the middle body.
I have attached this model for your review. Please try again from scratch following these steps and see if you can create the part as shown.
Hope this helps!

Hi Akshansh,
You wrote "I chose the design space..."
When you do implicit you just have to separate volumes as needed
and then you can assign anly lattice type to any volume/solid.This has nothing to to with the "design space" concept for optimization.
This might clarify.

Hi Adam and Antonio
I have attached the video of the same procedure and you can still see there is a problem in visualizing the lattice part as they are getting disappear. Few months back I were using 2023 version but there were no problem in that but I again re installed the 2023 version and I am facing the same 2024 version problem in that version also. The attached video is of 2024 version.

Hi Akshansh,
In your video the Strut Lattice window does not appear on screen.
Can you confirm that the default settings have been used?
Hope this helps!

Hi Adam
I have attached the video where the strut and also stochastic lattice window appeared.

Hi Akshansh,
Can you attach this model?
You have the Model Navigator closed so I can't see if the part is just hidden or not.
Also, please send animations as a video and not as a GIF.
Hope this helps!
