Hyperworks has crashed. Do you want to save your model?

Hi! I've sucessfully intalled hyperworks Student version 2022. After open Hyperworks, I've clicked on sketch, select a plane and press the play button. Then, imediatelly the Hyperworks has crashed and the follow message appers: "Hyperworks has crashed. Would you like to save your model?" Please, find attached my system properties.

I'm using a virtual machine from Parallels software installed in my mac book pro.

Hi, just another comment. I've tried to delete the folders and files as described in a previous related post in this forum: https://community.altair.com/community?id=community_question&sys_id=8a395d191b602450c4dfdbd9dc4bcb60&view_source=searchResult

It also doesn't work...
