Hi Mohamed,
As a general note (for community benefit) we can input normal/lognormal distribution as the EDEM size distribution by setting the mean and standard deviation.
Also we can set bands of material sizes via the user defined option:

My approach would be to use the user defined distribution to set closes approximation to available data.
