Mesh count difference is 100x different between to files

Also I am running 2020.1 on my laptop.

 

I am using one file and making minor adjustments to that file like size (12.5 ft to 10 ft) and frequency (500MHz to 2GHz).  However, I have two files that were give me different mesh sizes.  I made sure the frequencies and sizes were the same, but the mesh size difference when running the standard mesh size was 100 time larger in the file ending with V7 than the file ending with file when I have V2. I am not sure what is causing the difference and which one is more accurate.

The larger model has MLFMM enabled. For MLFMM, the order of basis functions used is lower than for the default solver. A lower will then require more mesh triangles.
