import DXF file, but Hypermesh flash out

Hi. I have the DXF file attached here. The problem is whenever I try to import that, the Hypermesh just flashed out.

    I imported this into InspireStudio and then just did a save as and it seems to open fine in HyperWorks (HyperMesh client) now.
