Is it necessary to fix this issue? Here in validation its showing intersection errors. But if I try to rectify them the part inside gets deleted as shown below. Hence without geometry validation can we move ahead
HyperWorks CFD needs to understand the 'topology' of the various solids - which touches which, etc. In order to keep the individual solids, but also build the 'topology', before clicking 'Combine All' try activating 'Keep Common Interface'. That usually does the job.
Respected Sir ,
When I tried as you said this message popped up,
Hoping for a further hep
Thanking You

I see you're using the Student Edition. Is there a version 2021 of the Student Edition? If so, probably better to use that.
You may need to adjust the tolerance value. If you 'hover' over the Validate icon, you'll see an extra clickable icon that will open an item to modify the tolerance value.
If you can attach the geometry you imported to HWCFD I can try this on my end.
Thanks a lot for your concern sir I am hereby attaching the file please check it and let me know

Hope you received the file @acupro Sir
I'm not sure when it was added, but version 2021 includes a 'use parasolid' option for combining solids. Including that seemed to allow this to pass through the process to complete the Validate tool. I've attached the .hm file, but saved in 2021. I'm not sure you'll be able to open it in 2020, but please try.Are you able to get 2021?
No sir I am not able to
@acupro could you send it to me as a solver deck file. Can you just export that 2021 file and send me so that I can try to import in 2020 version which I think should work
I'm attaching a STEP file of the geometry. After importing this, go through the process as before - combine all solids with the Keep Common Interface option. This worked for me in 2021 without the 'Use Parasolid' option. Does it work for you?
Is there a way in hyperworks cfd I can hide one face to look the interior
You should switch the selection filter (upper left of display portion) to Surfaces - using either the pull-down or 's' on the keyboard to toggle between Solids and Surfaces - to Surfaces. Select the surface(s) you wish to Hide, then h on the keyboard or right-click and select Hide.
Thanks sir it worked one last doubt how can we define a temperature inlet here sir?
Best to review some of the tutorials. File > Help > Tutorials. There is a section on Heat Transfer.
Thanks a lot sir for your time ,got it
