How to delete a node in hypermesh
Hi Amith,
Go to temp node panel (Shift+F2 or Geom panel >> temp nodes) and click Clear all which removes all temp nodes in your model.
As said by @Koushik Chandrashekhar you can pass by temp node.
Another alternative is to delete the node from *fem file (if you use optistruct deck file).
