I've been trying to run a program on Altair Analytics workbench, but the cannot seem to run it. I believe it's because I am not connected to a server, as I keep getting the error:

eclipse.buildId=unknown
java.version=11.0.17
java.vendor=Azul Systems, Inc.
BootLoader constants: OS=win32, ARCH=x86_64, WS=win32, NL=en_US
Command-line arguments:  -os win32 -ws win32 -arch x86_64 -data C:\Users\msims\Documents\Workbench Workspaces\Workspace1

com.wpc.wps.install.WindowsRegistry
Error
Tue May 30 14:00:12 CDT 2023
[ERROR] [Worker-2: Starting connection to host Local] [Line:50] Failed to read Windows registry, exit value: 1

I am not sure how to go about connecting to the proper server to run SAS code on altair workbench, and would greatly appreciate some advice on how to get there.

Thanks,

Matthew Sims

    Hi Matthew,

    I think I can put the same answer as I put to your other question but let me know if more info needed.

    From https://altairone.com/ MarketPlace you can download the current/latest versions of WPS (now called SLC) ... you need to download two MSI packages for Windows... Altair SLC and Altair Analytics Workbench. (Type 'wps' in the search box and it will filter the display to show you those two packages.)

    Best Regards,
