Creating area connector (adhesive) for 3D volume terta meshed components

Hi

How can I creat adhesive with area connector for 3D volume terta meshed 2 components?

    Hi,

    One way is to extract surface shell mesh from the tetra mesh, then create adhesive connector from the shell meshes.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your suggestion. Could you explain in detail how to do this process? Also I cereated adhesive in some areas but sometimes connector is not relaized and the error is "Only 0 projections could be made for one or more of the test points" . What is the reason of this error? How can I correct this error?

    Hi,

    To extract surface shell mesh, use panel -> tools -> faces

    for the error "Only 0 projections could be made for one or more of the test points", so far it needs to manually remove some selected elements, so the area of the selected elements has to be smaller than (in another word, kind of covered by) the opposite area.
