Resultant force of pressure on surface

Hello,

I created a pressure on a curved surface using an equation: -50*cos(x/74)

(The magnitude is way too high, but it is easier to see the PLOAD with this magnitude)

This is the surface:

For further calculations I need the total resultant force of this pressure distribution. As the force is dependent of an equation and as the surface has curvatures and is based on two circles, it is complicated to calculate the resultant force by hand.

Is it possible to display the total resultant force in HyperMesh or HyperView or anywhere else?

Best regards,

Lukas

    Hi,

you could try Load Summation to get the total load. Or use Ctrl+F and search for 'load summation'.
