Distance in fillet region is 2.5,My minimum length is 3.it is failing for minimum length. Can we eliminate that fillet region ?
you can use 'auto clean-up' to remoeve these, or 'defeature' tool to directly eliminate the fillet.
Use Ctrl+F and type one of these.
