Certificate of participation in Instructed Lead Courses

Hello,

I can't have access to certificate download from Instructed Lead courses that I had done.

I did this following courses:

HyperMesh - Interface (01/29/2024), HyperMesh - Geometry Cleanup and Midsurfacing (01/30/2024), HyperMesh - 2D Meshing and Direct Midmeshing (01/31/2024), HyperMesh - 3D Meshing and 1D Meshing (02/01/2024), HyperMesh - Model Setup OptiStruct and Connectors (02/02/2024), SimLab Introduction (02/05/2024), SimLab Meshing and Modeling (02/07/2024).

In addition, I want my mid name in certificate: Wellington César de Araújo

    Hi,

    I just updated the attendance report for all these courses - you should be able to download your certificates now.

    I also updated your name in the system. However, there is a chance that your A1 user credentials will override my changes. If this happens, then please change your user profile in A1.

    I can't modify my name in Profile. How can I process to update my name?

    Hi,

    Happy to hear that you were able to download your certificates.

    When you say: can't update your profile - are you referring to the LMS or to Altair One?

    The LMS "takes/gets" the information from Altair One A1. Please try and update your profile there. Afterward, please log in to the LMS again; then your complete name should be displayed in the LMS.
