2D Periodic Meshing Tool

I am trying to generate a periodic 2D meshing (Cyclic Symmetry, Rotational).

Always I am getting geometry clearance is 0.0 increase the tolerance.

Actual geometry clearance is 0.02.

 

Please let me know how to use Periodic 2D mesh tool.
