Tetramesh problem

I have a problem with tetramesh. I received the follow error:

Vol0:shell element region incomplete.

1 Surface failed and saived . 

Someone can help me ?

    Hi,

    You can retrieve the failed surface/element using the following option in the panel:

    Tool > find > surfs/elems > retrieve

    After you retrieve the surfs/elems, you can click on F11 (quick edit panel) to repair it.
