How to assign solidmap mesh with a geometry

I have a non-mappable part and I can perform solidmap on it by using two surfaces and nodes. Then, I want to add it into my Abaqus model. Although I can add this mesh into my model as an orphan mesh, I couldn't assign it with a geometry. Is there any method for this? Or could I transfer this solidmap mesh with a geometry into Abaqus.

    Hi

You can  move your elements from solidmap component  to geometry component by

    Clicking on > Shift + F11

    Thanks Pooja,

It works! I transfered solidmap mesh to a geometry. However, I couldn't see some components in the 'dest component' list. What is the reason of this? What do I miss about this situation? Do you have any idea?

    Hi

You need to click on the dest component option to select the destination component

list will have all the component which are present in the  file

    Thank you!

    Dear Pooja,

I have another problem now. While solidmap mesh is not connecting to any geometry, I can transfer this mesh to Abaqus as a orphan mesh but now I cannot transfer it after connecting it to a geometry. I want to transfer this solidmap mesh and geometry into Abaqus together. Do you have any solution for this? Or is there anyone could solve this problem?

    Kind regards.
