Using .h3d file converted from .mnf ?

Hi,

I converted an .mnf file (that i made using abaqus ) into h3d. i was able to open it on HyperView and check the modes. What is the use of this option and how can it benefit me ? It would be great if anyone could give a background and how this .h3d made out of .mnf can be used in a functional way.
