Hi, I am trying to implement 2D surface mesh but for some reason, it is failing. Could someone help me out?

It is hard to fully diagnose by just your image, but you may want to try a different element size, element type or mesh type.
I can also see that you probably have some very small features on your CAD. You could try cleaning those up.
