How to combine shell and solid mesh

I want to create a Cylinder with 3 layer (3 materials)，and the thickness is 1 , 0.1, 0.01 mm

I have created a 1.1mm 3d model and assign 2 property.

Now I'd like to create a surfaces (thickness 0.01) with other property，

but how could I combine them (2d model and 3d model) to let them move together in the suction simulation.

And is it a correct way that I set pressure and spc at the surfaces(0.01mm) after I combined them?
