In order to transfer a Monarch License from one machine to another you must "Deactivate" the license from the old machine before you can transfer/use on a New machine and will want to do this prior to Uninstalling the software from that PC. By deactivating the license, this will allow you to use that license on the 'New Machine'.
You may obtain a copy of the Monarch Executable to Install onto the 'New Machine' from the Downloads Section within our Support Portal, but if you run into any difficulties our Support Team will provide you with assistance in obtaining a copy of the software.*Note: While the organization is Under Current Maintenance & Support your entitled to the latest version of the Monarch Client.
Steps to perform in moving/transferring a Monarch License from one machine/end-user to another.:
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------First copy the activation code, then deactivate your license from old machine in order to use it on the new machine.

You must 'de-activate' the license prior to uninstalling the application from your old machine.
