A distribute load in a tube in hypermesh!!!!

Hi everyone.

 

I have a question very simple but right now, i don't understand very good the concept in the plataform.

My questios is:

How can I put a distribute load in a tube in hypermesh?. 

For instance. I have a tube and I want put a load in its surface, but in the plataform is a little complicated for me. Actually I have a student and I'm working in a project and for me is very important to solucionate that problem.

 

I had seen many options in other forums but all are witouth fundament.

 

My example is very simple, To continuate there is a tube very simple and I want to see the differents effects in this tube!!!!
