How to fix my Inspire Cast

I have downloaded the Inspire Cast app to my laptop and when I attempt to open it, it will load up and never completely open the app. I have uninstalled and re-downloaded multiple times but no luck. Any advice?

    Hi Blake,

    Try to install the app with firewall/Anti virus off. It is possible that one of those might be blocking your Cast to get installed property. For further assistance, feel free to open service now ticket and one of our tech expert will help you out on this matter.
