Hi,

1. Can someone explain to me what the different between the number of the coil because I define it as 2 or 3, physically it still show me 1 turn in the GUI.

2. What the the fill factor for?

    Hi,

    About the number of turns in the motor,

    In your case when you change the number of turns you need to validate. I made a test and it work.

    The fill factor measures the ratio between the volume of a winding package and the volume needed to house the winding pack.

    Sorry, I think did not get what you mean by the number of turns in the motor, do you have any physical schematic explanation for it.

    As well as the fill factor.

    Hi,
    I think you are confused between the number of turns and the number of coils. 

    you can have several coils for each phase with different patterns ex: 6p, 3p2s, 2p3s,..... which they are different in coil current and phase voltage.

    On the other hand each coil has a number of turns which simply means how many turns of Magnetic wire you have in that coil.
