How make FEM for thread position

Hi everyone, I have a thread shaft connect a lagre plate (as figure).

I going to make mesh for plate is shell mesh ( 2D mesh), and thread shaft is 1D elems ( C-rod).

But I don't know at thread position, Should I use which connector to link them. Is It RBE2 or share node or what else ?

So 1D element (shaft) is perpendicular to 2D shell ?

yes, 1D elems is perpencular with 2D plate

As your picrure. Is The node of beam (at contact with plate) and the node of center circle ( 2D shell) separate ? These two nodes are coincident but separate together ?

You can use the same node. They have all 6 dof.
