In a way, WRAP is included in Feko: the Feko license is valid for WRAP, and when you install WRAP after Feko, all the files end up in the same folders.
However, for the next several years I expect that WRAP will continue to require a separate installer, which has to be downloaded from a separate site. There are legal reasons for this.
