different results by loading fem+op2 or only op2 in hyperview
If I load the .fem and .op2 files into hyperview, I get different results (stress for example) than if I load the .op2 file in both the model and results fields.
What is the reason for this difference?

Andrea,
loading the FEM as source of model data will trigger HV to support for instance Elemental and Material systems. On top of that you will see the model organized based on HM hieratchy (if available) and if you use the Result Math template as "Advanced" you will get Property and Material Information.
I suppose this is the root cause of the mentioned difference, but please provide more details on where the difference is occurring.
Thanks
Michele

Hi Michele,
differences are in the results of stresses.
Max VonMises stess in the first case is 1 or 2 MPa higher than in the second case.
Results file is the same and I would have expected to find no difference between the two cases.
