Click 'M' on your keyboard or Go to View Menu>> and activate Panels

 

this should bring up the panels.

How to activate panels in HM 2022? 

The panels are incomplete, for example, 'Geom' only shows 'distance'.

The panels are completely gone for 2023.

You can find these tools either with the Search Bar option
