Hi Ashwani,
We have two approaches to carry out Frequency Response (Harmonic) analysis in OptiStruct.
1. Modal Frequency Response Analysis.
2. Direct Frequency Response Analysis.
For Direct FRF analysis, you may need to have a frequency dependent load or a base motion, Damping properties..etc, apart from the BC's and material properties.
For Modal FRF analysis, you should have an EIGRL card to extract the natural frequency first to compute the frequency response of the component, in addition to the above said inputs.
Herewith, i have attached the step by step tutorials of both methods for your reference.
