How do I create a patch antenna with rounded corners in CADFEKO

Creating rounded (filleted) corners in CADFEKO can be done by adding circular ellipses to the rectangular patches that need to be rounded. Snap to the corners of the rectangular faces using Ctrl+Shift and left mouse click to add the ellipses with the required offset (fillet size), union the ellipses with the patch antenna and change the face properties of the corners to the dielectric medium of the substrate.
@Torben Voigt added a great video that shows how to do this:

I am new to FEKO and looking for this fillet/chamfer feature that easily can be done with one or 2 clicks with Ansys HFSS and other CAD software. I would call this is a pain in the b*tt just to round the corner. FEKO developers, you have work to do for your next version.

Welcome to Feko, LeH! I agree that a simple chamfer/fillet feature would be very useful. I strongly encourage you, and other Feko/HyperWorks license holders who would like to see a feature added to the software, to submit their feature request through the official support channels. The more users that officially request a feature, the more likely it is to be implemented in the software.
Please note that Feko is not designed to be a CAD tool and supports various mesh and CAD formats, should you wish to prepare your model using another HyperWorks product or other CAD tool.
Personally, I found Torben's video helpful and think that many others can benefit from it until the time comes that a fillet/chamfer feature is natively supported.
Kind regards

I've been wanting this feature since I started using Feko a year and a half ago. Really depressing to see this post is 3 years old and the feature is still not there. I've formally submitted a feature request.
