Optimization Error 15

Hello, 

I am Praveen and I am new to the Altair solidthinking Software. I am having a Problem with mass minimization Analysis, after I run my Analysis I get an Status error called Optimization error 15.

Could anyone please tell me what is the exact Problem here?

    Can you please make sure there is no space or special characters in the username in windows?  let us know if this solves the issue

    Do you use a student edition license file that is many months old? if so please request and use the latest license file.

    make sure your supports are correctly defined and properly fixed.
