Meshing problem

I am finding trouble running the simulation with this part. Due to almost zero thickness in the screw thread region, I set the element size with 0,13 but it keeps running for hours, I left more than 48 hours and it did not completed, actually the bar doesn't change its position.

I also tried with element size as 0,3mm and couldn't complete the simulation. I need a small element size like this because the gate point that was defined. Here below in the images are some of the errors I found.

Please help understand if I am doing something wrong or there's a problem with my computer

Is the threaded region really necessary to be modelled?

(I'm sorry, i couldn't see your pictures)

Probably this threaded region is increasing the model size too much.

I would recommend checking if simplification of these regions is possible.

Yes the thread region as really necessary because it is an important detail of the part.

in InspireStructure, you're able to break your bodies into smaller parts, and assign to each part a mesh size (manual instead of automatic), using the Browser in the left.

Maybe this works as well for InspireCast.

I will let some other specialists give you some other options, in this case.
