Could you show me how to get reaction force in Radioss?

for Radioss bulk format you have to request the reaction forces. Try,
ANALYSIS->CONTROL CARDS->GLOBAL_OUTPUT_REQUEST
Look for SPCF and make a hook. Look in the upper part for SPCFORCE and select your options.
As example there are the following entry in the .fem deck:
SPCFORCE(H3D,ALL) = ALL
Later on, you can show the forces in Hyperview as contour plot (SPCF forces) or (better) as vector plot.
