Can I create a group of constraints?

What do you mean by group of constraints?
You can create a node set and create constraints using the node set.
Is there any way to organize constraints in sets/groups? For instance, I want to group by 3 different constraints I have on the same node and then make a second group that has 4 different constraints on that same node.
I don't see a way to create a set for constraints/loads.
If 3 different constraints are completely independent the you can create 3 different load collectors but these load collectors can't be grouped.
It seams no way to combine constraint collector. But for load collector, you can use Card image LOAD or ADDLOAD to combine them. This way is very easy.
