I have created two components separately in hypermesh.......... now i want to merge them into one. How to do this ???

the easiest way is to use the ORGANIZE command (e.g. Icon 'Organize' in Collectors Toolbar, or any Organize in Menu)
Example: Merge Surfaces into on collector
Menu: Geometry -> Organize -> Surfaces (pick surfaces and MOVE or COPY to destination collector)
