i can not find MAT_133 i.e mat_barlat_yld2000 material model in lsdyna user profile in hypermesh 9.0 using lsdyan 971 keyword manule. Could u please help me in resolving this issue.

This is solved in new patch release under the 9.0 version.
You can download the new patches for 9.0 from Altair site.
