Problem with Solver

Hi! I have a problem.

When I launch the program 'Extrusion Wizard' with 'Launch Solver Interactive or Batch', after the system has done all calculations, I get a windows with this words:

Failed License Initialization

Of course dosen't start the 'HX SOLVER'!!!!

What Should I DO???

'Failed License Initialization' ==> error message means either license is expired, no license , or license path not specified correctly.
