The geometry is imported with 'Launch Hypermesh to create MBD point'. However, if there is circle it is not possible to have point at the centre as there is no node.
A menu can be created to select centre.
Please give guidelines to create such menu

now, from panel area select radio button 'create a point at center of circle'
