I am working on full car model where I needed to create seperate and combines deck file for lsdyna or nastran. Here How I can combine many deck file into hmascci file without importing to HyperMesh.

Why do you want to combine decks in hmascii format ?
Do you have checked the function to import seperate deck files with the option to preserve include files ? Now you have a combined deck with the option to work with seperate include files. There is still the 'new' include browser in V 8.0, check it.
