I have an .odb file and i want to open it with Hyperview,but when i open it with hyperview,contour of stress,strain and displacement only show zero numbers..may you help me? what is the problem with it?

I have also used an upgrade utility for my .odb file too. but it wasn't efficient.
Another work that i have done is that i transformed my .odb file to .h3d file with HVTrans, but it wasn't efficient either..May you please help me..i need it to complete my project..
