hey guys,

I've got a problem adding my model parameters in hyperstudy. I have already enabled the trust vba in the macros security settings in excel however when i try to add model parameters after linking the excel spreadsheet in hyperstudy, an error message attached as a picture in this post turns up. Anyone got any suggestions as to how to solve this issue?

In some cases, macros security settings may need to be updated. The steps to reach the macro security settings in Excel are version dependent; steps for Excel 2003 and Excel 2007 follow:

    Excel 2003

    • From the Tools pull-down menu, select Marco, and then Security.
    • In the Security dialog box, select the Trusted Publishers tab.
    • Enable the check box next to Trust all installed add-ins and templates.

         Excel 2007

    • Enable the Developer tab in the application ribbon.

(From the Office button in the upper left corner, select Excel Options, pick the Popular formatting panel, and check the box for Show developer tab in ribbon).

    • From the Developer tab, select Macro Security to open the Trust Center dialog box.Enable the check box next to Trust all installed add-ins and templates.
    • In the Trust Center dialog box, select Macro Settings.
    • Enable the option, Trust access to the VBA project object model.

Note that in Europe the separator may be set to “, “. Please verify separator setting: use “.” instead of “,”.
